Some of my favorite resources:
Stress
Yoga Nidra (youtube: Ally Boothroyd)
Yoga nidra is a guided mediation sometimes called deep rest or yogic sleep that typically involves bringing attention to each part of the body. Ally has a really calming voice and offers a wide range of times, even as quick as 5 min. Because the practice is body based I find it feels nourishing and restful for the nerves.
Mobility
(movement that improves range of motion, flexibility, and prevents injury.)
The Queer Trainer (IG) An amazing movement resource!!! Lots of upper body options for improving posture and helping folks before and after top surgery.
Aadam Richardson (IG) “Here to help you defrost from your desk” Lighthearted movement coach keeps it fun and focuses on long term mobility. He also wrote a book called How to Build a Body That Lasts.
Cat/Cow Men’s Health Magazine 3 min video that goes over the finer points of the movement
Stretches
For neck
