Covid Safety
I am fully vaxxed and boosted
I continue to mask for the duration of the appointment. Client masking is at the discretion of each client. Thank you for hanging in there with me!
Space is cleaned/disinfected between clients
Air filter provided
Covid screening through booking app 1 day prior to appointment
Do not come to a scheduled appt if you are ill. Even pre-pandemic any signs or symptoms of a cold were a contraindication for (meaning a reason not to receive) massage. If you have had a known covid exposure leading up to your appointment or wake up feeling unwell in any way please cancel/reschedule your appointment. If this is 24 hours or less before your appointment please text or email me to let me know.
Arrival Time
Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to appointment time. If you are earlier please have a seat in the waiting area or remain in your car until it is time for your appt. The full amount of scheduled time is needed between clients to prepare the space for you and care for myself. Thank you.
Running Late? I understand! In the event that you are late for your appt I am happy to work with you during our allotted time. Please contact me to let me know and I will do what I can. If I do not hear from you within the first 15 minutes of your appointment I may reach out to you, but will consider this a no-show. If this has happened please understand the cancellation policy will apply. The key is communication!
Cancellations & Refunds
Please cancel more than 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations after the 24 hour mark are subject to the full cost of the session.
Refunds are automatic if cancellation is in advance (prior to 24 hrs before appointment time). If you have to “late cancel” after the 24 hour mark due to covid/flu/rsv/illness please text or call and I will refund in full.
Office Etiquette
Please do not wear perfumes or scented lotions to your appointment.
As a courtesy for the neighbors please enter the space quietly.
